-To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

-You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

-You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

5. Payment and Fees

-All fees for Appointments and Services are outlined on our platform.

-Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors, and you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

-You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner.

6. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

-Agents can purchase available Appointments through our platform.

-Cancellations and rescheduling of Appointments must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, as detailed on our platform.

-Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may be updated from time to time.

-You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

-You shall not use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purposes or to harm others.

15. General Information

a. Services

Spark provides recruiting services to Life Insurance Agency Owners. We generate leads, conduct pre-screening and set interview on agents' calendars so they can interview potential agents for their agencies.

b. Currency

Spark operates within the United States of America and only uses USD as a form of currency.

c. Customer Service Info

Clients send questions/inquiries/concerns to the Spark Support Portal (https://the-spark-start.com/support) and these are addressed within the business day.

d. Fulfillment

Spark offers online services to life insurance agency owners. Once a payment is made, Spark staff set up the recruiting process for the agency owner within 1 business day. The LIfe Insurance Agency Owner then onboards into the Spark CRM and the services begin immediately.

We are a insurance agent recruiting subscription database that offer ongoing agent support. This support is offered via video conferencing, teleconferencing, and other means. Clients are required to sign up for a non refundable minimal 3 month contract. Clients can cancel their contract at any time with knowledge that any payments submitted are non refundable. The only exception of a refund is due to client being over charged for their subscription. Subscriptions fees are due and charged automatically on the same date of each month, provided the client has signed the contract.
